START YOUR DAY THE BRIGHT WAY 


With this Banana and Maple Porridge using our Almond Drink. Pimp your porridge by topping with our Ultimate Granola.

INGREDIENTS

55g Rude Health 5 Grain 5 Seed Porridge

100ml Rude Health Almond Drink

100ml water

1 chopped banana

1 tbsp maple syrup

Pinch of salt to serve

 

 

METHOD 

Step 1.

Place the Rude Health 5 Grain 5 Seed Porridge and Rude Health Almond Drink and water in a pan and bring to the boil.

 

Step 2.

Turn down the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring regularly until it is smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add another splash of the Rude Health Almond Drink until you’ve got the consistency you like.

 

Step 3.

Add the chopped banana, maple syrup and sprinkle of salt to serve.
