Chewy Fruit Cake
Ingredients170g Butter
225g Soft brown sugar

225g Mixed dried fruit
60g Rude Health Porridge oats
170g Flour
1tsp Baking powder
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
60g Chopped nuts
Method
- Dissolve sugar and margarine.
- Beat egg and add to mixture.
- Add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Spread into prepared 7" or 8" square tin.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
- Mark into 16 squares and allow to cool thoroughly before turning out.
