Apples and cinnamon. It's breakfast crumble. We use real apple pieces mixed up with cinnamon and apple juice for a double fruit fix. The crumbly texture comes from oats, spelt and seven (yes, seven) puffed wholegrains to make every mouthful light and different. Then we drizzle the whole thing with a little honey. The result is light but satisfying, indulgent but full of good things. Now that's what we call a balanced diet.

There's so much going on in this granola, it's hard to know where to start. It's multigrain, so it's got oats like a normal granola, but we also add some spelt and barley for a more complex, grown-up flavour. The subtle sweetness comes from a blend of honey and date syrup. Spelt has been hailed as a super-food. It’s a great alternative to wheat, and keeps you satisfied for longer than other grains. Actually, we just love it for the taste. Spelt doesn’t need salt or sugar to make it delicious: it’s great just as it is. That’s why our spelt flakes are so simple. We steam, roll and toast organic spelt grains. Then we chuck them in a bag. That's it.

Corn Flakes
…as you’ve never tasted them before! Corn is packed with naturally occurring nutrients and flavours that can get processed out during manufacture. Ours are different. We take whole grains of corn, steam them, flatten them into flakes and then toast them in the oven. It’s a more difficult way to do it, but that suits us just fine. After a good breakfast, we’re up for anything.
