Choose your food, select the quantity and 'add to basket'. When you have finished shopping, ‘checkout’. We deliver to the UK and Europe. We accept Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. We are also happy to receive telephone orders on: 0845 465 7833, 9.30am-5.00pm Monday-Friday
Delivery
We will do our best to despatch your order within 2 days of it being placed and we will send you a despatch note by email. If we are out of stock we will let you know by email and despatch your order as soon as we have more stock. Your order will be sent first class. Overseas orders will be sent airmail.
These are our delivery charges:
UK (includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands)
Less than 600g - £2.00
Less than 1.25kg - £3.50
1.25kg and more - £5.00
Eire and Europe
Less than 500g - £2.50
Less than 1.25kg - £5.00
1.25kg to 1.8kg - £7.00
We cannot send packages over 2kg to Europe.
The prices displayed on this website are in pounds sterling and all foods are not subject to VAT.
Terms of Sale
In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty we won’t be able to cover for any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods. Please let us know of any problem as soon as you become concerned.

Credit Card Security - All credit card transactions are conducted on Protx secure server. No card details for website transactions are held on our own site or seen by anybody at Rude Health.

Under the principles of the Data Protection Act we need to tell you that we hold a record of all the details needed for setting you up and servicing you as a customer. This information may also be used as a basis for sending you information about Rude Health. We will never pass on your details to a third party.
